List threads by newest activity
Requires a full key or an inbox key (bound inbox only). An inbox key is forced to its bound inbox and returns 404 when inbox_id names another inbox. Lists threads in the caller's mode across the tenant's inboxes. inbox_id limits the page to one inbox. Threads of a deleted inbox are omitted.
