Get one message, including text and HTML parsed from the raw object
Requires a full key or an inbox key (bound inbox only). A deleted or expired message, a deleted inbox, another tenant, or the other mode is not found. Text and HTML are parsed from the raw object. Authentication, extracted codes and links, and the attachment list are the stored metadata. Concurrent raw reads are limited; a full limit returns 503.
