Errors
Read structured API errors and find their remediation pages.
Every API error has an error object containing code, message, docs_url and request_id; hint is optional. Keep the request ID when contacting support.
The error-code pages are generated from docs/errors/*.md. Each ErrorCode in OpenAPI has a page. See Rate limits for plan caps, the test-mode cap and the request-rate headers.
domain_not_verified, recipient_suppressed, and organization_limit_reached return HTTP 422. docs_url uses the configured docs base, which includes /docs, and points at /docs/errors/<code>/ on this site.
