Can I use Free today?
Yes, in public preview. Free allows 3 000 live recipients per month, up to 100 per day. Test sending has a separate limit of 1 000 recipients per day. Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC; monthly limits reset then on the first day of each month. Test emails are never delivered. Live sending is limited during the public preview.
Can I buy Pro or Scale?
Not yet. Pro and Scale are planned and are not available to buy. Email hello@sendtier.com with questions.
Where is email data processed?
In AWS eu-central-1 (Frankfurt). Email is sent through Amazon SES in the same region.
How do I send my first email?
The quickstart explains how to submit a test email before DNS verification. Live sending requires a verified domain and a live key, and remains limited during the public preview.
