Download the raw RFC 5322 message
Requires a full key or an inbox key (bound inbox only). The body is the stored object with Content-Disposition attachment, X-Content-Type-Options nosniff, and Content-Security-Policy sandbox. Deleted or expired messages are not found. A full raw-read limit returns 503.
