The organization has reached its Inbox plan's active inbox limit. Creating another inbox is refused. Live and test inboxes share the same allowance; deleted inboxes do not count.

Delete an unused inbox before creating another. Free includes 25 active inboxes.

Known limitsCopy Anchor Link

Existing inboxes remain available when an organization is at or above the limit. This response has no Retry-After header: the limit does not reset on a timer.
